The Ashland Apartments house families in a three-story complex above a 90-space parking garage. One, two, three, and four bedroom units are designed around two adjoining courtyards with play areas. Circulation elements are planned to encourage maximum resident interaction, and centering the courtyard plan is a steep-roofed community room and elevator that provide visual and navigational reference points.
