Lincoln Studios is a 97-unit mixed-use building occupying a site at a major intersection, Lincoln and Broadway, in Santa Monica. By using a formal and crisp language as a response to its Lincoln Boulevard location, the project creates a contrast with its adjacent sister building, Luxe @ Broadway, with its casual forms, colors and historic Quonset hut. 

At the prominent corner, the project's clear geometric forms are broken by an open plaza with dynamic circulation, outdoor seating, accent lighting, and a large, asymmetrical sycamore tree.  This plaza is an inviting pedestrian-oriented public space in downtown Santa Monica.
