The Center of Centers will bring together scholars from several different departments for topic-based research into world cultures.

The project studied the feasibility of creating an interdisciplinary liberal arts research center located in the historical Stoops Education Library.  The project will create a new Center of Centers and become a hub for research excellence.  The primary research focus will be the exploration of the relationship between the United States and China and the renovation and remodeling of the existing spaces will be done in a manner consistent with the quality and historical character of the building.
