The Barbizon Hotel Apartments is an existing five-story, brick building built in the early 1920’s that was once a 155-guest room hotel. The renovation includes 51 units of affordable rental housing with ground floor retail.  The building has a two-story entry lobby for residents with access to a small, protected, exterior courtyard with play equipment.  The ground floor features a laundry room and a residents' lounge with a catering kitchen.
