Renato is a 96-unit SRO apartment building located on San Julian Street, in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles' Skid Row. The project includes a large courtyard, visible from the street, which provides a variety of semi-public and private outdoor areas for the residents. The building also features many sustainable elements including recycled glass tiles, a highly insulated metal panel facade system, and a solar water heating system.
