Crescent Arms
Crescent Arms, an 11-story former office building located on 8th Street just west of downtown Los Angeles, is rehabilitated to accommodate 186 seniors efficiency units. The U-shaped building required significant seismic upgrades and two new stair towers were added at the north side of the building to provide required safety exiting. The units average 325SF and have a bath and small kitchenette. A former theater on the ground floor is reconfigured as a social space and dining room for the daily use of the residents, and renovated retail spaces on the ground floor address 8th Street.

Crescent Village, new construction which features 66 units of family housing and an additional 68 units of seniors housing, completes the full block development in the Central City West neighborhood.
