USC PE Building Feasibility Study
The Physical Education Building, designed by Parkinson and Parkinson and completed in 1932, features an interior courtyard, large windows and indoor pool with skylights above.

The three-story building currently contains two large gyms, rehearsal and instructional spaces, offices, locker/shower room, raquetball/handball courts and service spaces.

The feasibility study provides documentation, analysis and conceptual comparative information for three general renovation schemes—minimal, moderate and major—generated to inform and assist the University in determining the feasibility and funding requirements for capital improvements.

A total of seven schemes are described, with varying mechanical options, and included in the report are historic and cost analyses, as well as architectural, structural, and building systems conceptual plans.
