USC Marks Hall Renovation
The 6,100 SF renovation of David X. Marks Hall provides upgraded amenities to the ground floor and basement of this student residence hall. Existing communal areas on the ground floor were transformed into a comfortable multipurpose living room and computer lab served by a new lobby. A gym, lounge and new laundry facility were created in the basement.

The design provides well-lit informal spaces with warm and durable finishes that reveal historic masonry elements to create a comfortable place to live, learn and play.
