Lincoln Court’s apartments are arranged in a U-shape around a narrow central courtyard, leaving the south side open to allow maximum sunlight.

Lincoln Court provides 40 units of much-needed senior housing to the Ocean Park neighborhood.  Exterior corridors providing access to unit doors are placed on the building’s exterior, allowing residents to enjoy a quiet garden in the interior courtyard.  Lincoln Court adjoins the Ashland Apartments, a 45-unit family housing project, to provide a strong multi-generational neighborhood.
