Providing housing for low income tenants with special needs, Havenhurst is a three-story apartment building in West Hollywood. The design was carefully considered and the massing stepped back from the historic Andalusia Apartments located on the adjacent lot to the north. The building is also set back thirty feet from the sidewalk so that several trees could be saved, and the landscaped front courtyard provides a tranquil social gathering area for tenant use.
