An existing 1920's two-story parking garage in Hollywood is transformed into the Hotel Selma, a bold and luxurious 100-room boutique hotel.
Adjacent to an alley which will become a lively outdoor dining and retail street, the Hotel Selma adds four new levels of guest rooms on top of the existing garage. The garage has been carved out for a valet and lobby entry off the alley, and a bar restaurant engages the street corner. The new floors will be physically set apart from the existing building below and will create a distinctive block skinned with expansive glass, metal siding and glowing light boxes. The top two levels will house the restaurant, bar, pool and lounge areas. These lushly landscaped spaces enjoy incredible views from the Hollywood Hills to the Pacific Ocean.
