LA Lofts

Rising 24 stories above South Hope Street in downtown Los Angeles, LA Lofts'  250 units feature open floor plans from 850 SF to 1350 SF. A large punched-out aperture at the building's base provides a grand entry focus, and an elegant vertical element in the center of the building acts as a seam between two different building skins. Vehicular traffic proceeds from the street into a five-level above ground parking structure. The roof level of the garage is an amenity-filled outdoor plaza for residents. To mitigate heat gain, the west and south facing façades are solid with punched openings, and large covered balconies provide generous outdoor space and further protection from the sun.
